Keren BenNatan Kruger

Lt. Colonel (reserves) Keren BenNatan Kruger recently retired from the IDF after a service period of over 25 years in the Personnel Directorate.  Experienced in strategic personnel planning, qualitative and quantitative research, and policy formulation. Significant long-term experience in the “national arena” – leading and/or collaboration with government ministries, national initiatives and the social sector in fields such as human capital development, education, academia, technological personnel, at risk target groups, etc.

During her service Keren was responsible for the Academic Reserve Program while serving as the Head of the Technological Personnel and Research Administration and in additional positions in the administration spanning 10 years.  Responsibilities included selection, planning, placement, and policy for the Academic Reserves and technological-academic personnel in general.  Formulated a strategic assessment of IDF academic needs and a plan to supply said needs in cooperation with the technological units and the academia.

Today Keren is self-employed and is focused on human capital management projects.
