פיתוח ושימוש בכלי סימולציה ברמה האטומית/מזוסקופית: סימולציות דינמיקה מולקולארית, סימולציות דינמיקת נקעים, פיתוח כלים נומריים לשילוב בעיות דיפוזיה ומיקרומבנה. מידול מרובה סקאלות לבעיות בננו-מכניקה: חוזק של ננו-חלקיקים, פיתוח מודלי חוזק למימדים ננו-מטריים, מכניקת מגע בין משטחים ננו-מטריים, תכונות מכניות של חומר תחת השפעת קרינה גרעינית, מבנה המנשק בין חומרים ברמה האטומית, תנועת נקעים בקצבי עיבור גבוהים.
