The conference, which was first launched in 2012 as a small-scale local event, has since gained momentum and today enjoys worldwide recognition as a top-level UAV propulsion event. As such, it serves as a central stage for presenting new developments in the field and as networking arena for those involved in it. The 10th conference attracted 200 engineers and scientists from Israel, India and Austria, including academics, representatives of the IDF and government organizations, and senior executives from leading industries in the field.
The keynote was delivered by Prof. Avinash Kumar Agarwal of the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur), who was ranked by Stanford as India’s leading energy researcher.
As at previous conferences, there was also an exhibition and a Best Poster contest.
