Roman Goltsberg

Dr. Roman Goltsberg is a research fellow in the fields of Tribology and Fluid Mechanics, working as an R&D engineering group director in the defense industry and maintaining research relationships with Technion and Ben Gurion University. Dr. Goltsberg received his Ph.D. degree in 2015 from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Technion. His research under the  supervision of Professor Izhak Etsion focused on contact mechanics of thin film coatings.
Currently, Dr. Goltsberg supervises research of graduate students in the fields of hydrodynamic lubrication, contact mechanics and wear process modeling.
