The small company Endostream from Or Yehuda has developed an implant for the treatment of brain aneurysms. These are dilations of blood vessels in the brain that affect blood flow and can lead to cerebral hemorrhages and strokes. Endostream’s product is unique in treating aneurysms characterized by a wide opening. After it was successfully tested on hundreds of patients, a few months ago, the product was approved to be marketed in Europe.
After the acquisition, Endstream will remain operating in Israel and is expected to become a development Center for the Japanese corporation.
